-A CHANGE WILL DO YOU GOOD-

When I first started this blog I had just moved and was going through a lot of changes. Now settled into my new home with my new fiance, and english bulldog puppy, I no longer feel the need to blog about my daily life and its ups and downs. I decided to start to share different tips about beauty, health, and fitness. Im currently studying to be a yoga instructor and have always been passionate about all of these things. Here I will post different tips from at home hair mask recipes to quick work out tips to help you get the most out of each and every day. We have only been given one body and one life.
